Explore the largest companies trading on US stock exchanges, ranked by market capitalization. Sort and filter US stocks and ADRs by market cap, exchange, sector, price change, P/E ratio and trading volume.
Market capitalization, or market cap, is calculated by multiplying a company's stock price by its shares outstanding. For companies with multiple publicly traded share classes, we combine the share classes by default so each company appears once in the ranking.
The ranking covers active companies trading on US stock exchanges, including common stocks and ADRs listed on Nasdaq, the NYSE, NYSE American and other supported US exchanges. Use the exchange and sector filters to explore and compare companies within the ranking.
Stock prices and market caps for the top 500 companies refresh throughout the US trading session. Smaller listings are updated on a slower cycle. Read our methodology for details on data sources, coverage and update frequency.
