Akwa Ibom Woos Investors with New Business Hub Inauguration

Governor Umo Eno has called on Akwa Ibom indigenes, both within Nigeria and abroad, to invest in the state to accelerate its development and the well-being of its people. This appeal was made during the official unveiling of the Seven Angels Arena in Uyo.

The governor highlighted that the state offers a conducive atmosphere for investments. He encouraged citizens to establish business concerns back home, regardless of their scale. The inauguration of the Seven Angels Arena, founded by Archbishop Emma Isong, was presented as an example of such valuable contribution.

Governor Eno emphasized the collective responsibility of indigenes in building the state. He stated that achievements made outside the state remain incomplete if they do not contribute to its growth. He lauded Archbishop Isong for his vision and love for Akwa Ibom through his investment.

In support of preserving the state's intellectual heritage, the governor sanctioned a library project proposed by Archbishop Isong. This initiative aims to catalogue the works of past spiritual leaders, ensuring their contributions are remembered and serve as inspiration for future generations.
