Airtel Africa Plc has announced a change in its registered office address in London. The company has formally notified stakeholders to update their records to reflect this alteration.

The telecommunications giant, which operates across 14 sub-Saharan African countries, has relocated its registered office from 53-54 Grosvenor Street, London, W1K 3HU, United Kingdom. The new official registered address is now located at 15 Davies Street, London, W1K 3DE, United Kingdom.

The announcement was made in a statement signed by the company secretary, Simon O’Hara, and posted on the NGX Group platform. Airtel Africa provides a range of services including mobile voice, data, and mobile money.

The company has confirmed that all other contact details, such as phone numbers and email addresses pertaining to its London operations, will remain the same. Stakeholders are urged to take note of this change and ensure their records are updated accordingly.
